What information you can enter on this Grocery Store template 2 Generator template:
- Store Store name, street, city and state, and phone. The phone prints under the city when you enter one. A store number and a cashier name are filled in.
- Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. The amount is quantity times price. If the quantity is not 1, a second line shows the quantity times the unit price. Each amount ends with a short code that is filled in.
- Money A currency symbol, a tax label and percent, and a payment line you type. The payment words print as the tender, and the last four digits, if you typed any, print in a masked row. Five font styles sit above the fields.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is centered at the top: store, a store number, street, city, and phone. A cashier line follows. Item lines list a description and an amount. The tender and a masked row come next, then date, time, and reference, auth, and other codes. Subtotal, tax, amount due, and a larger total follow, with an item count and a thank-you line.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the sum of quantity times price. Choose No tax, or leave the percent at 0, and tax stays off the amount due. Any other label adds that percent and prints the rate. “PIN” and “Approved” are fixed text. They are not a card check. Store number, cashier, and the reference codes are filled in.
How to make this receipt

- Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price.
- Choose a tax label and percent, type the payment line, then download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
