Bike receipt Generator

What information you can enter on this Bike receipt Generator template:

• Shop Shop name, street, suite, one city and state line, phone, date, and time. The sample shop is Monkey Wrench Bicycle Repair. Five font styles sit above the fields and change the typeface. The euro checkbox switches the decimal to a comma.
• Sale Ticket, Register, Employee, and Customer print when you type them. Each item has a quantity, a description, and a price. The slip shows the quantity and quantity times that price.
• Tax and cash One tax label and percent. The plus control adds a second tax row. That second row is not printed. Payment is the tender name, such as Cash. Cash received is the amount handed over. Change is that amount minus the total. Leave Cash received blank and the cash line equals the total, with change of 0.00.
• Bottom text The Bottom text box starts with the return policy and Thank You Carolina !. Clear the box to leave the bottom of the slip empty. A blank line starts a new block. A block that fits on one short line is centered, so the thank-you line sits in the middle. Longer policy text stays on the left and wraps.

How the sample is arranged

The shop name, street, suite, city and state, and phone are centered. Sales Receipt and the date and time are centered under that. Ticket, Register, Employee, and Customer follow when you typed them. Item columns are Items, #, and Price. Subtotal, the tax line, Total plus the tax label, and Total come next. PAYMENTS, the tender name, and Change sit under the total. Bottom text closes the slip.

How the amounts are worked out

The subtotal is the sum of quantity times price. A percent above 0 adds that percent of the subtotal, rounded to cents. No tax, or a percent of 0, keeps the tax at 0.00. The total is the subtotal plus tax. Change is cash received minus the total. There is no logo.

How to make this receipt

1. Enter the shop name, address, suite, city and state, phone, date, and time.
2. Add the ticket, register, employee, and customer if you want those lines, then add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price.
3. Choose a tax label and percent. Type the tender name and the cash received, edit the bottom text if you want, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.

Membership and download

This is a Standard template. A current Standard or PRO membership removes the membership watermark. If you are not signed in, the receipt still shows that watermark. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
