What information you can enter on this Red Circle Receipt Generator template:
- Logo Upload a logo if you want one. It prints at the top, and the store name is left off when a logo is there. With no logo, the store name prints. The sample uses a star.
- Store Street, one city and state line, date, and time. Phone is on the form. This receipt does not print it. The expiry is three months after the date you enter.
- Items Each line has a quantity, a description, and a price. All three print. The price is not multiplied. A currency symbol, one tax label and percent, and a payment line sit with the fields. A second tax row can appear on the form. This receipt prints only the first label and rate. Five font styles sit above the fields. The euro checkbox switches the decimal to a comma.
How the sample is arranged
The sample is a logo, then the street and the city, then the date, the time, and an expiry. A barcode sits above the items. Each line is a quantity, a description, and a price. Subtotal, a tax line, and the total follow. The charge line starts with the payment text you type. A receipt number and a VCD number close the slip.
How the amounts are worked out
The subtotal is the sum of the prices you type. Choose No tax and the tax line is left off. Any other label prints T=, the label, the percent, the subtotal, and the tax amount, and adds that tax to the total. The barcode, the receipt number, and the VCD number are filled in.
How to make this receipt
- Upload a logo if you want one, then enter the address, the city and state, and the date.
- Add each item with a quantity, a description, and a price. Choose a tax label and percent, or choose No tax.
- Type the payment line, then make the receipt and download the JPG or PDF.
Membership and download
This is a PRO template. Standard membership still shows the membership watermark. A current PRO membership removes it. After you make the receipt, the page offers a JPG download and a PDF of that same image.
